The EIC overseas events team organise 6 - 8 trade missions each year. The missions provide an invaluable opportunity for companies to access (often new) markets and make vital contacts with the help of local EIC offices and embassy staff.
EIC trade missions are suitable for companies who are new to a region as well as those who already have substantial experience
in the region. Trade missions provide an excellent introduction to a new market and the opportunity to make vital contacts that can be followed up with on subsequent visits. For those established in a market, trade missions are an ideal way to strengthen existing business relationships whilst also establishing high level contacts with some of the key players in the energy sector.
We put together an itinerary of group meetings, site visits and networking receptions and also allow time for individual meetings. In addition The EIC will either appoint a travel
partner who can look after all elements of the travel and accommodation for you, or we will arrange for discounted flights and accommodation that can be booked directly with the airlines/hotels.

- Logistical assistance from an EIC Mission Manager and support/advice on markets from the local EIC office.
- Assistance with travel arrangements through the appointed travel agent.
- A chance to network and exchange information with other missioners.
