Overview for Exhibitions:

The Overseas Events Team attend 8 - 10 energy exhibitions worldwide each year. We organise the UK national pavilion at each exhibition with UK branded stand design to draw high class visitors to the group.

At the EIC we pride ourselves with making the full process of exhibiting easier and stress free for companies. We appoint a stand contractor, freight agent and travel partner for the group in order to minimise cost and help save time. We offer a full walk-on stand package so that you can spend all your time planning how you will dress the inside of your exhibition stand. Therefore when you arrive on-site for set-up, your stand will be ready for dressing.

We issue an exhibitor manual for the UK group which includes everything you need to help organise your stand from start to finish. You will also be invited to attend an exhibitor briefing meeting before the exhibition at the EIC offices in London which gives you the opportunity to meet the appointed stand contractor, freight agent and travel partner as well as fellow exhibitors.
