The “appointed stand manager” would need to be onsite the day before the exhibition. This information will be provided in your exhibition manual.
Each exhibition would provide an appointed time. The general rule is not too breakdown until after the last day.

- Walls
- Carpet
- Table and chairs
- Lockable counter
- Waste bin
- Power Point
- Lights
- Stand Cleaning

EIC does not provide insurance cover. Exhibitors must ensure that they are fully insured to exhibit in that country. The simplest way is usually to extend existing insurance cover.
